Product Listing Form

Please fill in one form for each item you wish to list.. Indicate the category in which your item should be located. (Paintings, Lithographs/Serigraphs/Giclee, Prints, Plates, Dolls or other) Please include the following information: 1)Name of item 2)Description 3) Edition Size 4) Size of item 5)Color or section 6)Special markings 6)Misc notes.

COSTS:  The cost to list each item for 6 months is $20.  The additional cost to include a transferred image file  and provide a link to the image file under "Photo" on your listing is $10 for any number of consecutive listing periods per image. Please send these image files as attachments in JPG format of under 100 k to webmaster@hibel.com with description and your name.  Links will be established between each listing and your e-mail address so that buyers contact you directly. Consecutive extensions of service for additional 6 month periods with the same items without changes are at  the same rate per term. Please notify us within two weeks before listing expiration date of your intentions . Your listing has a beginning date as your identification number.

Please notify us within one week for any changes when listing is first published. . During the introductory period, you are allowed one free change request per item listed. Charges are paid in advance by credit card. We will confirm start of listing period by email.  Please contact us at  webmaster@hibel.com   if a sale is completed and your item should be removed. We will not be liable for any damages or loss of opportunities in the event that  AITNet.com, our hosting company, has any downtimes of our site or our email service.

 After you have completed this form, and submitted it please go to our secure shopping cart to submit your payment information.  www.hibel.com/mcart  There is a category called artXchange in which the initial listing period, image service, scanning service and renewal listing period may be ordered.  Your listing will be processed once we receive both the listing form and the credit card payment information  from the secure shopping cart.  If you wish to pay for the service by check, please mail to: Hibel Studio, Inc, 11808 Hemlock Street, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 and reference your item to be listed with email address.
