Rules of Participation in the Edna Hibel Art X Change Program

Terms

The artXchange only provides a listing service to owners and site for buyers to locate desired items for purchase. We are not involved in the transfer of goods between the parties.  Any and all applicable taxes are the responsibility of the participants in any exchange. All shipping charges are at the expense of the participants.

Images

All product images are to be provided to the artXchange from the seller. The Edna Hibel artXchange is not responsible if the item depicted in the image is not a likeness of the item delivered to the buyer.  

Purchases

All purchases are completed directly with the owner of the work via e-mail or telephone at the owners option.

Shipments

All shipment of goods between from seller to buyer are at the risk of the seller. Insurance and Proof of Delivery from the carrier are recommended.

Returns

Participants in the Edna Hibel artXchange agree to only list items in good undamaged, clean, and complete condition in original boxes if applicable unless you fully disclose the situation in your listing. Returns to the seller are at the option of the seller and should be negotiated by the buyer prior to purchase.

COSTS:

The cost to list each item for 6 months is $20. Additional cost to include a transferred image file  and provide a link to the file under "Photo" on your listing is $10 for any number of consecutive listing periods per image. If you wish for us to scan a photograph for you, the additional charge is $10 per photograph.  Please send these image files as attachments in JPG format to cplotkin@hibel.com with description and your name. Send your photographs to Hibel Studio, Inc 11808 Hemlock Street. Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410.   Links will be established between each listing and your e-mail address so that buyers contact you directly. Consecutive extensions of service to additional 6 month periods with the same items without changes are at $20 per term. Listings will automatically be extended for additional terms and charged for the renewal fee unless we are notified to remove the listing by the six month period. Please contact us within two weeks before listing expiration date . Charges are paid in advance by credit card. Please provide us the credit card information by using our secure shopping cart. www.hibel.com/mcart after you have submitted your listing.   This will be a two step process to provide the safest transmission of information for you.

Changes:

Please notify us within one week for any changes when listing is first published. . During the introductory period, you are allowed one free change request per item listed.

Listing Period: We will confirm start of listing period and expiration date by return e-mail message. Please contact us at cplotkin@hibel.com  if a sale is completed and your item should be removed.

Downtimes: We will not be liable for any damages or loss of opportunities in the event that our website hosting firm AITNET.COM has any downtimes of our site.
